Full disclosure: Eric LeMay, Immortal Milk‘s author, was my writing professor this year. Over a semester, he improved the readability of my prose (if you find it not so readable now, that’s more a reflection of my stubbornness than his lack of skill) and counseled me on both academic and food writing.
