While wandering down Broadway this morning, I noticed a new store preparing to open: Spices and Tease. No, adult video stores are not making a comeback on the upper Upper West Side. Located between 97th and 98th streets, the shop will, perhaps not so obviously, specialize in spices and tea (no teasing, please).
